Term of ServicesBy commissioning me you agree to the terms of services below:General TermsI reserve the right to deny or cancel commissions that make me uncomfortable.I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and/or in my portfolio.PaymentAll pricing offered above is base pricing. The final price varies based on complexity of the request.All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. If pricing is an issue, we can negotiatePayment is accepted via the following:

○SquareMore platforms may be added in the futureProcessYou as the commissioner have a right to request process photos. I am happy to check in and make sure your piece is just right! These process photos will have a watermark over them to be safe.I do not mind small revisions after the piece is done, but anything excessive may be subject to extra charge.A time estimate of your commission will be provided among consultation. Time range can vary from a week to a month, or more if your piece is complex. I will provide updates as is reasonable.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image via email, Google Drive link, or other format of your choosing.Copyright/UsageI, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want. If a character belongs to the commissioner, it will be credited accordingly.My commissions are NOT to be used as NFTs or for AI art.The commissioner is allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Post the art on social media for personal use with proper credit to the artist.I am not opposed to commercial-use commissions so long as it is communicated with me clearly prior to the commission being accepted. I am open to creating icons, logos, and other artwork related to promoting an individual's business. Please message me for more information if the commission is to be usee for this purpose.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Violation of these terms or any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of your commission, blacklisting you from future commissions, or pursuing legal action under copyright law.EXTRA CHARGE CONTENT
Outside of normal background/character charges I hold the right to charge a fee for content that makes me uncomfortable, or decline it entirely. The following content, including characters and ships, will incur an extra fee of 50% added to the total cost:

○Saiouma | Shuichi Saihara/Kokichi Ouma (Danganronpa V3 Killing Harmony)Other discomforts may be added in the future. If a discomfort is requested it will be disclosed by myself the artist in full before any discussion of the commission continues.
